We had a low key 4th of July. We went to the pool and watched "Independence Day". I had never seen it. It was pretty good. The kids weren't interested at all, so they took turns doing my hair. I think it turned out pretty good!
Teddy took a few good naps.
I love his romper. It says "Boom Shaka Laka" which is a random phrase that we (and obviously other people) use often.
We lit a few fireworks. It was a good show, though Juliet insisted on watching them like 10 feet behind us because she didn't want to get lit on fire accidentally. Leah loved the sparklers. Juliet wanted nothing to do with them.
Chris got in the spirit, too.
