Leah's Birthday Party

It was the year for a friend birthday party. This year Leah wanted her party at her gymnastics studio where she's taken weekly lessons off-and-on since she was 3. She had a lot of fun with her friends. She was very excited to swing on the rope 8 times while her friends threw blocks at her. She was supposed to jump off on the 8th swing, but forgot and got an extra turn.
Everyone had fun jumping into the foam pit.
They ate some pizza, chips, and unicorn cupcakes. Leah got a lot of great presents and was pretty thrilled with her party.

We paid a little extra for the Ninja Warrior course to be open, and for the girls to have a little longer in the gym. The gym breaks down the time in the gym and the time in the lobby equally. I knew I didn't want the kids to have an entire hour in the lobby, so I just ended the party 15 minutes earlier than we "had" to. The bonus was that we got to go back into the gym and try out some of the equipment. Chris climbed the rope to the top and also did pretty good on the Ninja Warrior course--some of the equipment was just too small and made it hard to hang on.
Both Leah and Chris were able to run up the ramp and hoist themselves up. I didn't try, but am sure I would have also succeeded.

 It was a great party!

Leah's Birthday Party was a blast! That long table full of tasty foods is so tempting my friend. Our kid’s birthday is also coming and he wants a Xmas themed bash. Our home is under renovation so we would be hosting the bash at some rental location. I wonder if you could help me find the best but affordable San Francisco venues!
