These girls rocked out traveling to California. Juliet slept for an hour or so on the plane. Both girls spent the rest of the flight playing games, reading books, and playing around. Juliet particularly enjoyed playing "Big Baby" in which she says, "Here comes Big Baby!" and then walks all over you. We took a 5 pm flight, which I don't think I would do again. I think I am more of a morning flight person. We arrived in Bodega Bay at like 1 am our time. Both girls insisted that they weren't tired though, and played for a while before we went to bed
Leah was excited to put on her bathing suit the next morning and hit the beach. When we told her it might not be nice at the beach, she replied, "it's always nice at the beach". She didn't remember her previous visits to Bodega Bay, and for the life of her couldn't image how it could possibly be different from Cozumel.
Both girls had fun running around, chasing birds, playing in the sand, climbing rocks, and making "sand pancakes".
Both girls like being twirled around by Daddy, too.
How Leah got a mouth full of sand, I don't remember.
